Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. 

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchange requests will be accepted beyond 14 days from purchase. 

To start a return, please email us at hello@jungle.nyc and share your Member contact information. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a store drop-off time or pick-up. Please note that you will be charged for the cost of pick-up through our local courier, according to our standard delivery rates. Items returned without first requesting it will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has issues, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate it and make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, if you're returning an item, you are responsible for any damage done to it while it's in your possession. Jungle NYC is not responsible for loss or damage due to plant acclimation. The amount you will be refunded is based on the condition of the item once it is returned. If damaged, charges will be issued as a partial refund based on the level of damage incurred.


EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards, delivery fees, sale/discount items, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for a return.
