Vibrant with A pop of color that won't fade, the flowers of the Anthurium are some of the longest-lasting. This sculptural, tropical plant can add some flair to any bright room; it does best in bright indirect light, but tolerates lower light. Prefers moist soil and thrives when misted regularly.

Sits 6-12" tall by 6-9" wide
Pro Tips
Mist your plant regularly, or place it above a dish with water to create a humid microclimate that it will thrive in. Anthurium will tolerate lower light, but will only bloom dependably in bright indirect light. Overly dry conditions can prevent new leaves and flowers from unfurling safely, as humid conditions can soften the leaf cuticles and allow for healthier growth.
Origin
Commonly called Flamingo Lily or Painted Tongue, Anthurium is native to tropical American rainforests. In mythology, the heart-shaped flower is connected with with romance and sexuality. With their single open petal, the flowers can also symbolize hospitality. Anthurium are semi-epiphytic, meaning they often use aerial roots found along their stems to climb other plants in the wild.
