The String of Turtles is a tropical succulent that makes a great collector's piece. Although part of the trendy "String of-" clique, this delicate plants is actually a Peperomia, and prefers indirect light and humid conditions. It a trailing plant ideal for hanging or shelves with its unique, round leaves that resemble turtle shells! So cute!

Pro Tips
Take care to prune regularly to maintain a tidy form. Water thoroughly, then then allow the soil to completely dry out before watering again.
Origin
A compact succulent native to Brazil, this plant is an unusual addition to any household. Growing naturally in the rainforests of Brazil the String of Turtles prefers a moist but rich soil but make sure that there is plenty of drainage so the plant does not become waterlogged.
