care advice
A plant as sweet as candy. This hot 'it' plant has bright green, pink, and purple leaves with a fuzzy texture and a chunky stem. Bonus: It's surprisingly easy to care for. Keep up with this tropical cultivar, and you'll be rewarded with a neon-hued addition to any bright windowsill.

Grows best in bright indirect light

Water when the top 1" is dry, Avoid overwatering

Air Purifying - Absorbs pollutants

Not Pet Friendly - Avoid ingesting

Sits 6-8" tall by 6-8" wide, in a 4" grow pot
Pro Tips
With the right care, it can grow as a long trailing ivy. You might even find small white and yellow flowers emerging from pink buds in the summer. To get there, keep it in bright indirect light. If the plant starts looking leggy and pale, it could be a sign it's not getting enough light. Water the soil directly to prevent leaves rotting when they collect water.
Origin
Tradescantia Nanouk is also known as Fantasy Venice. This plant is new on the scene. It was created in the Sappemeer, The Netherlands in 2012. It is a patented hybrid of two Tradescantia albiflora seedlings. The parent is a forest understory plant from South America.
