care advice
Extremely tolerant of drought and low light conditions, the Zamioculcas Zamiifolia or "ZZ" plant is a go-to for beginners or for spaces lacking natural light. Glossy green leaves and succulent roots make this plant both hip and hardy. Expect to share a long life with your easy ZZ.

Grows in almost any light condition, from very low to bright indirect

Pro Tips
Water thoroughly, then then allow the soil to completely dry out before watering again. This plat will experience health issues very quickly if overwatered, so always err on the dry side.
Origin
ZZ is a genus of plants in the family Araceae, containing the single species Zamioculcas zamiifolia. It is a tropical perennial plant native to drought-prone eastern Africa, from southern Kenya to northeastern South Africa.
