Jungle helped produce an Earth Day event at Google’s Chelsea Store, where children created planters from repurposed packaging, highlighting sustainability and creativity.
Google’s Chelsea Store wanted to host an engaging Earth Day event that resonated with children and aligned with their sustainability values. The goal was to create a hands-on activity where kids could connect with nature while learning about repurposing materials. Jungle was brought in to collaborate with the production team at 1000 Heads to design a unique event concept. The challenge was to use Google’s waste packaging creatively and develop an interactive plant workshop that was fun, educational, and brand-aligned. Additionally, the event needed memorable takeaways that encouraged long-term engagement with the plants.
Jungle worked closely with the team to bring the Earth Day event to life, focusing on creative sustainability and plant education. Our solution included:
The Earth Day event at Google’s Chelsea Store was a success, bringing together creativity, sustainability, and nature in a way that engaged both children and parents. Kids repurposed waste materials into beautiful planters, decorating and planting them with hardy Jungle plants. The workshop was interactive and fun, allowing kids to connect with the earth while learning about the importance of repurposing materials.
The branded shovels, materials, and plantable seed cards with care instructions added a personalized touch to the event, making it memorable for both the kids and their families. Feedback from Google and 1000 Heads was overwhelmingly positive, with the event being praised for its creativity, educational value, and brand alignment with Google’s sustainability mission.
Jungle's collaboration not only enhanced the event experience but also reinforced Jungle’s ability to execute large-scale, branded events with a strong focus on environmental impact and community engagement.
